Crane Parts, LMI Systems & Safety Critical Components
BPS sources genuine and replacement crane parts for Tadano, Grove, Liebherr, Kato, XCMG, Zoomlion, Sany, and Terex, with fast delivery from Dammam to the rest of the GCC. We focus on the electronics that actually stop a job when they fail: LMI systems, control modules, sensors and safety devices, sourced by exact part number so you get the right component the first time. If you already have a part number, just send it over and we’ll match it to your crane’s model and configuration.

Crane electronics carry more risk than most spare parts. Order the wrong LMI board or control module and a rig sits idle while a replacement crosses the world. That is the problem we built our sourcing process around.
- High value OEM and OEM equivalent electronics across the major crane brands, not just the common wear parts.
- Fast turnaround on breakdown situations. Send the part number and we chase availability the same day.
- Support for discontinued and hard to find crane parts, including retrofit LMI systems when the original board is out of production.
- Compatible replacements when OEM lead time runs long, so a crane doesn’t sit idle waiting on a factory backorder.
- Worldwide shipping with export handling experience, built on years of moving high value electronics through customs.
Choosing the Right LMI, Control Module & Safety System
Crane electronics only work if they match the exact hardware they’re replacing, so getting the specification right matters more here than it does with a mechanical part. Use these points as a starting checklist before you send an RFQ.
1. Load Moment Indicator Systems
An LMI system tells the operator when a lift is approaching the crane’s rated capacity, so accuracy is not optional.
- Match the console to your crane brand. A Hirschmann or PAT retrofit needs to integrate with your existing sensors, not replace them outright.
- Confirm what’s included. A full system covers the display and computer, length and angle sensors, pressure transducers, limit switches, and the boom head connection box. Check whether you need the whole kit or a single component.
- Ask about calibration. A new display still needs programming to your crane’s load charts before it’s safe to use.
2. Control Modules & ECUs
The control module is what keeps load moment protection and boom angle limits enforced in real time.
- Verify the part number against your crane’s serial, not just the model. Two cranes with the same model name can run different control module revisions.
- Ask what diagnostic feedback the module provides. Some units flag faults directly to the operator display, which saves a technician a trip out to the site.
3. Anti Two Block & Proximity Safety Systems
These systems exist to stop a preventable accident before it happens, so don’t treat them as optional add ons.
- Check detection range and coverage. A proximity system with four wide angle cameras covers blind spots a single rear camera misses.
- Confirm the alarm is audible on a working jobsite, not just visible on a screen the operator might not be watching.

Frequently Asked Questions
I only have a part number, is that enough to order?
Yes. Send us the part number and our team will identify the correct crane component for your equipment model and configuration, then confirm price and availability.
Can you source discontinued or hard to find crane electronics?
Yes, this is one of the areas we spend the most time on. Where the original board or module is out of production, we can usually offer a compatible replacement, or a retrofit LMI system built around your existing sensors.
Do you deliver outside Saudi Arabia?
Yes, we ship worldwide and have export handling experience for high value electronic components. Delivery to Dammam and Al Khobar is free, other destinations are quoted at the RFQ stage.
Are these parts genuine OEM, or aftermarket equivalents?
Both, depending on the part and your budget. We supply genuine OEM crane electronics alongside OEM equivalent alternatives, and we’ll tell you which one you’re getting before you order.
Who do you typically supply crane parts to?
Contractors, rental companies, lifting specialists and maintenance teams who need a reliable source for crane spare parts, professional sourcing and a fast response when a rig goes down.
