1. Shipping Coverage
Best Parts Sales ships to: Saudi Arabia, GCC countries (UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman), European Union, United States, and African countries. Additional destinations available upon request.
2. Delivery Timeframes

Processing Time: Orders processed within 3 business days after payment confirmation. Total delivery time = Processing + Shipping time.
3. Shipping Terms (Incoterms® 2020)
DAP - Delivered at Place
BPS arranges delivery to named destination. Customer handles import clearance and pays duties/taxes.
DDU - Delivered Duty Unpaid
Similar to DAP. Customer responsible for customs clearance and import duties.
DDP - Delivered Duty Paid
BPS handles all costs including duties and taxes. Product delivered ready to receive (premium service).
EXW - Ex Works
Customer arranges and pays all transportation, insurance, and clearance from BPS warehouse.
4. Shipping Carriers
We use trusted carriers: DHL, FedEx, Aramex, Naqel, SMSA Express, and other regional carriers based on destination and service level.
5. Tracking
Tracking numbers provided within 24 hours of shipment. Track via carrier website or customer portal on bestpartssales.com.
6. Customs & Duties
Customer must provide accurate HS codes and customs declarations. Delays in customs clearance are beyond BPS control.
7. Delivery Failure
Incorrect Address: Redelivery fees apply. Customer must provide correct address within 48 hours or package returns to sender.
Refused Delivery: Customer pays return shipping + 35% restocking fee.
Unclaimed Packages: After 3 delivery attempts, package held at carrier facility for 7 days before return. Storage fees may apply.
8. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damage: Inspect packages immediately upon delivery. Report damage within 48 hours with photos. Claims filed with carrier; replacement sent after claim approval.
Lost Shipments: Report non-receipt within 7 days of expected delivery. Investigation initiated; replacement or refund issued after carrier confirms loss.
9. Force Majeure
BPS not liable for delays caused by: natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions, strikes, carrier delays, customs holds, or other events beyond reasonable control. Customers notified of material delays promptly.
